Delete your account
You can delete your Revly account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever is easier — do it yourself in the app, or send us a request and we’ll take care of it.
Delete in the app
The fastest way — it takes under a minute.
- 1Open the Revly app and sign in to your account.
- 2Tap your profile, then open Settings.
- 3Go to Account, then tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm. Your account and data are queued for permanent deletion.
Request by email
No longer have the app installed? Email us from the address on your account and we’ll handle the rest.
Email hello@revly.caInclude “Delete my account” in the subject. We verify the request against your account email, then confirm once it’s done.
What happens to your data
Processed within 30 days
Once you confirm, we permanently remove your profile, booking history, saved vehicles, and addresses within 30 days.
Payment tokens are revoked
We don't store full card numbers. Saved payment methods are tokenized, and those tokens are deleted with your account.
Some records are kept by law
We may retain transaction and tax records required for legal and financial compliance. These are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
